In order to serve our clients in Oil & Gas industry, offshore & onshore Construction of pipeline, storage tanks, steel structures, we achieve to a joint venture agreement with Joeun Engineering Co. on 2026 February to submit our best quality and performance in welding of mentioned EPC projects.

Joeun Eng. Co. (JEC) has gathered expert technicians, supervisors, welding operators, welding engineers and welders with more than 18 years experience of welding in different processes, relevant to offshore/ onshore welding, especially in high tech and updated mechanized and semi-mechanized welding.

Duban management, is full command in oil & gas industry, EPC projects contracting, management, administration and logistics; it’s consortium with JEC has made a powerful combination to serve client with best quality and performance in construction.

Pipe Facing Machines, used for beveling of pipe ends based on designed required angles with several tools to give precise bevel angles.
Internal Line Up Clamps, used for fit up pipes with best possible alignment, gap and hi-lo and also to hold pipe till 2nd pass of welding finish and release it once required.
GMAW Mechanized welding for pipeline, performing in several stations on pipelayer barge.
Combination of 2 welding carriage for both sides of each joint, to increase the production rate.
Welding operators training and Welder Qualification Test; which will be performed before production upcoming.
